- ถ้าเห็นเราทำงานอื่นตอนที่เป็นคิวคุณอยู่ ไม่ต้องกังวลว่าเราทิ้งงานคุณนะคะ เราทำหลายงานพร้อมกันเพราะมันโปรดักทีฟกว่าสำหรับเรา บางงานยากกว่า ต้องใช้เวลาเยอะกว่า เราก็ไปทำชิ้นอื่นคั่นไปด้วยเพราะอยากให้เวลากับงานแต่ละชิ้นเยอะๆ เราตั้งใจทำทุกงานค่ะ ไม่ต้องห่วงนะ
- แต่ถ้าไม่อยากรอแล้วหรือไม่สบายใจที่จะรอก็สามารถขอคืนเงินได้เลยค่ะ ไม่ว่ากัน
- ขอคืนเงินเต็มราคาได้ถ้าเรายังไม่ได้เริ่มงานเท่านั้น

s p- I am slow and can be very slow in some cases due to my health. Please be patient.
- You may see me working on other commissions while you're waiting for yours, that's because I work on many pieces at the same time. It's how I can be productive with each piece. Please do not think that I abandon your commissions or anything.
- But, feel free to ask for a refund if you're no longer willing to wait.
- YOU CAN ASK FOR A FULL REFUND ONLY IF I HAVEN'T STARTED THE PIECE. 50% refund if I've started and it took too long to finish.
